Acting on reports of illegal animal fighting, ACF carried out a complex overnight operation with law enforcement agencies in 2022 to rescue over 200 canine victims including dogs, puppies and breeds like Pit Bulls used in fighting, from one of Karachi’s largest dogfight betting rings.

Rehabilitation of Severely Injured Stray Puppy

ACF rescued Luna, a stray puppy found unconscious with gruesome wounds all over her body in 2022, likely a victim of human cruelty. Vets treated Luna for months and despite the odds, she recovered both physically and emotionally, getting adopted soon after by a loving Canadian family.

Donkey with Cancer Gets Second Chance
